Subscriptions & Refunds

What is free

The core features of Alpha Muslim: Quran & Dhikr are free: the Quran, prayer times, Qibla, dhikr and tasbih. The app has no ads.

Alpha Muslim Pro

Alpha Muslim Pro is optional. Prices in Pakistan are:

• Monthly: Rs 400, a subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
• 6 months: Rs 2,000, a subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
• Yearly: Rs 4,000, a subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
• 3 years: Rs 11,000, a one-time payment that does not renew.

Quran Challenge on its own is a Rs 280 per month subscription, and it is included in Pro. Prices in other countries are shown in the store before you buy. All payments are charged by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. On Android, open Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Google Play and Apple refund policies. Request one through Google Play order history or Apple's Report a Problem. For any problem with a purchase, email alphamuslimapp@gmail.com.

Restoring purchases

On a new phone or after reinstalling, open the Pro screen and tap restore purchases while signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account.

Quran Challenge if you can't afford it

On the Quran Challenge screen, choose "I can't afford it" and it unlocks for free, no questions asked.
